Welcome to Laughing in San Diego!

Since 2007, Laughing in San Diego has been training laughter leaders, creating custom Corporate Laughter Programs, and bringing one-time and ongoing laughter classes to the community.

To have the greatest possible impact, we focus our attention on three areas:

1. Training new leaders and refreshing current leaders to bring classes to more people.

2. Bringing corporate laughter programs to employees, customers, and volunteers of businesses and

organizations of all types and sizes.

3. Bringing one-time and ongoing laughter classes to the community.

Leader Trainings & Refresher Workshops

Our Certified Laughter Leader Trainings & Leader Refresher Workshops are a lot of fun, transformational, and will provide you the skills you need to lead your own laughter class.

We offer both one-on-one and small group Laughter Leader Trainings (for new leaders) and Refresher Workshops (for current leaders).

And, we can schedule a training or workshop around your availability and wherever you are, anywhere in the world!
