Saturdays

9:30 to 10:30 a.m. - Balboa Park

Meet in grassy area south of the playground at Sixth Ave. & Spruce St.

Parking: You can park in Balboa Drive which is closer to where the class meets or you can park on Sixth Avenue and walk a short distance.

10:00 to 11:00 a.m. - Lake Murray Park in La Mesa  - SITTING CLASS

Directions: Enter the park on Kowa Street off Lake Murray Blvd; go to boat docks.

Class meets on the grassy area to the right of the boat dock.

Note: This class is done sitting outdoors.  The leader may not have enough folding or beach chairs

and recommends you bring one for yourself and an extra one for another member if you can.
